Dude, this looks so easy when HE does it. "REMOVE ALL SCREWS" - duh.... by the time i get the first one out, he has removed ALL of them! Now I know that I should bring it to a professional repair-shop. Clearly above my skill level!

How do you get the bottom plate off?

My problem is that there no suction power. The mainbrush is working(i guess), is going around when i pick it up. But it doesnt pick anything up, only at the main brush.

Very thankful for your video. I followed your video and replaced one wheel on my Ecovacs Ozmo T8. However, during the process of putting it back together, 2 identical springs (4 mmOD x 5mm) accidentally dropped out. I couldn't figure out where they came from so I couldn't put them back. Now when I try to put the vacuum back in service, I get the message that the anti-drop covered with dust. what did i do wrong? Please help!

Are the front wheels of the T10omni and the front wheels of the T9 the same?

Hello, I have a Deebot T8 with the error message "check dropsensor". I have already swapped the right and left sensors. the message still came. I have now noticed that the left sensors and the left front sensor are not working. using IR check. From the middle on, one side of the sensors doesn't work. The cables in the front look good and there is nothing rusty. Do you have an idea what it could be - or can I send it to you? ;) Best regards, thank you for your videos!

Hi Sharing, Thanks for your video. I replaced the battery and placed it on the charging dock but it continues to do the same. Two seconds it blinks as its charging then it shutoffs. Any additional suggestions? Hate throwing it out as it's less than a year old. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you again.

Hi Sharing, I replaced for a new battery and the deebot is still not charging. It connects and the blue light comes on but after 3 blinks it shuts off again. What do you suggest I do next? Hate throwing it out as it's relatively new.

Thank you for the video. Unfortunately this did not help me. I get this error constantly and my Deebot is driving backwards, but my bumper is fine. I cleaned it and it moves as it should. I even opened it up like you and checked all the connections, all seem fine. Do you have another suggestion I can try?

hi i have a X1 omni, was using it for cleaning today, have been using once to twice weekly and purchased almost 2 yrs ago - still under warranty. When it was returning to charging at 9%, it suddenly became low to 1% and unable to charge. i took the deebot out and found that the rear contact charging points one of them is loose. Is there a way to replace this part? does it belong to the mother board?

This video help me a lot, the robot wasn't even cleaning, when I unscrew it I found a tiny rock in it, so that was planned obsolescence because that doesn't have anything to do with the vacuum process.

Dear Sir, I have Deebot 950, the right side bruch is making noise when the robot is at the corner, otherwise it works best and there is no noise. I opened the robot, thanks to this video. When the gears are checked, they don't seem to have any issue. When I cleaned and regreased the gears, I can see the gears are slipping. I need a help to get the gears, is it possible?
